Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for canned fish cutlets, as no one cooks like that among my friends. It turns out a lot and tasty, and the relatives will not even understand that there is canned fish here, and not fresh fish. Here, both the side dish and the main dish are right away, it remains to be supplemented only with a vegetable salad.

Recipe:

Canned fish -1 can

Potatoes -6pcs (600g)

Eggs -2 pcs.

Salt to taste

Black pepper - to taste

Onion -1 pc.

Semolina -2 tbsp ( optional)

For filling:

Eggs -2pcs

Cheese -30g

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Butter -30g

COOKING METHOD

And so, to begin with, we will peel the potatoes, the weight of the peeled potatoes is 600 grams, we will boil it until tender in salted water.

Now, while the potatoes are hot, remember the potato grinder. If the potatoes are already boiled and cooled, you can grate them on a coarse grater.


Let the potatoes cool.
Cut the onion into cubes and fry in a frying pan in a little vegetable oil.
Put the cooled potatoes in a bowl, add onions, salt, black pepper, break 2 eggs.

We take canned fish 1 can of any kind, I have saury without oil, it is possible with oil, together with the liquid we remember with a fork.
Add to the potatoes and mix well the resulting minced meat.
Boil the eggs until cooked, so that the eggs do not burst, I add some salt, so even if they burst, they will not leak out.

For the filling, I take 2 boiled eggs, cut into cubes, grate 40 grams of cheese, add to the eggs, put 30 grams of soft butter. Salt and stir, the filling is ready.
You can not make the filling at will, but make such cutlets without filling, it also turns out delicious.
We take 1 tbsp. minced meat we make a cake, if there are no gloves, hands can be moistened in water.

Put a little filling in the middle and fix it like a pie. Roll in flour or bread crumbs.
From this amount, I get 15 such cutlets.
Optionally, you can fry in a pan or bake in the oven, I will show this and that.

We take the form and grease it with oil.

We put the cutlets and put in the oven, cook at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, take out, grease with an egg and put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, until the cutlets are browned, I turn on for about 3 more minutes grill.

Cutlets are fried in a pan as usual, pour in vegetable oil, put cutlets and fry on both sides until golden brown.

We serve hot with a heat to the table with a vegetable salad. Delicious both from the oven and in the pan. The choice is yours. Very tasty, I recommend it.
