All two cookies. This is a very tasty soft cookie, it is simply cooked to disgrace, fiddling for 5 minutes and another 20 in the oven. My Instagram subscriber @ _liubov8895 shared the recipe with me, for which many thanks to her.

Given my love for a recipe from the series, simple, quick and tasty, this is it. Immediately I decided to cook it, my relatives rated it 5+ and I immediately added this recipe to my favorite recipes.
By the way, cookies from this portion are almost 2 kg (if you divide this a lot by 2)

it turns out that many people know and prepare this recipe, they only call it differently (comments from the video of the recipe Cookies "All by two"):

Recipe: (250ml glass)
Baking tray size 30 * 40cm
Eggs -2pcs
Sugar -1 tbsp
Sour cream -4 tbsp
Flour -2 tbsp
Baking powder -1 tsp.
Vanilla sugar -1 pack
Raisins -2st
Walnuts -2st
COOKING METHOD:
And so, we will need such ingredients, we will measure today in glasses, the volume of my glass is 250 ml.
First, prepare the raisins in a bowl, put 2 cups of raisins and pour boiling water, let them swell for 2-3 minutes, rinse and dry.
Grind 2 cups walnuts with a rolling pin.
Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add 4 tbsp. sour cream, put 1 glass of sugar, vanilla sugar. Mix, now add 2 cups of flour and add 1 tsp. baking powder.
Mix everything until smooth.
Now add raisins and nuts, mix everything.
We take a standard baking sheet from the oven from me measuring 30 by 40 cm
Place the dough and distribute it evenly.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, or navigate by your oven.
We take out the oven, remove the baking paper and cut the rhombuses into squares, as you like.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
Here is such a soft cookie. We serve to the table for tea.
