Today I want to share with you a recipe for dumplings with meat (dumplings in a navy way) A tasty, satisfying and, which is important, easy-to-prepare dish. Suitable for lunch or dinner. I cook naval style instead of pasta.

kefir -250ml

egg -1pc

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

soda -1 / 2 tsp.

flour -400g

vegetable oil -1 tbsp

minced meat -200g

onion -1pc

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

black pepper - to taste

water -100-150ml

And so, for starters, let's prepare dough for dumplings.
Pour 250 ml of kefir at room temperature into a bowl, add half a tsp. salt, half a tsp. soda.

We stir, my kefir is sweetish, to be sure that the soda is extinguished, I add a little lemon juice. Now we break 1 egg, mix again. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough.

I need 350-400 grams of flour. The dough should be slightly sticky to your hands. At the end of the batch, I pour 1 tablespoon into my hand. vegetable oil and mix into the dough.
I let the dough sit for 20 minutes.
During this time, cut the onion, Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, put the minced meat and fry it until the liquid evaporates, in a separate pan I fry the onion in a little oil. I add to the minced meat, pour in 150 ml of water, salt, black pepper, bay leaf and cook the minced meat until the liquid evaporates and the minced meat is ready.

In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil, add some salt to the water. We put the dumplings and cook as they float for 2 minutes, I do not recommend it anymore, since the longer they cook, the rougher they become.

We put it in a colander and add to the minced meat. We fry everything together for a couple of minutes and can be served.
