The deficit is set by the daily requirement of calories that each of us has his own.

Each of us has its own parameters and hence its rate of calories. And this means that minimum 15% of the deficit, which we will lose weight, each of us is unique.

And if you start to lose weight with 130 kg and your height 170+ and little physical activity, the caloric content of my menu will be very small for you. You risk to come to the fact that the body will go into power-saving mode, considering that it is starved.

Do not be lazy, count your calories and Nome set already from her 15% of the deficit.
