I want today to share with you Pancake recipes for Shrovetide to please everyone. I really love the buttermilk - I have this traditional dish for Shrovetide, on ordinary days I don't cook them on purpose, so that the taste of Shrovetide will be remembered in a special way.

RECIPE 1. Thin pancakes on kefir

The most delicious thin pancakes on kefir. Eating Simple! They turn out to be especially delicate, lush and with a lot of holes. They are delicious to eat even just like that, without filling. And if there is also sour cream or jam, then you can not stop at all.

I haven’t eaten THAT delicious, not sweet PANCAKES, everyone should try them. The taste of such pancakes will pleasantly surprise and delight you, and they are prepared in literally 10 minutes. Good hot and cold.

I cook a LOT at once and put it in the refrigerator for Breakfast, for a snack, and just like that! Meat is probably the most common and favorite filling for most of us. RECIPE 11: Pancakes "Burenka"

My girlfriend from Kazakhstan shared the recipe with me. Pancakes turn out to be unusual in taste, I heard about such a recipe before, but somehow I didn’t cook it myself, and here a friend was visiting me on a journey and made such pancakes for breakfast. Very tasty, I recommend it, I have already repeated it 2 times and will repeat it again.

15. Openwork pancakes with a skirt. This is my signature pancake special. The result is incredibly tasty, subtle, seductively appetizing, aromatic, it just melts in your mouth. Pancakes are very easy to prepare and are obtained by everyone the first time.

Boiling water - 150 ml.

Salt - 1/2 tsp.

Potato starch - 50 gr. (can be replaced with corn)

Milk (warm) - 500 ml

Sugar - 1-2 tablespoons

17. Pancake cake with cherries. In appearance and taste - the highest level. It's a pleasure to make, with ready-made pancakes, the cake is made for 10 minutes. I always remember him on Shrovetide week. And I definitely cook for Shrovetide for my family.

Milk -750 ml.
