Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share the recipe for the pie "All in one glass", it is easy to remember the recipe and very tasty, and this recipe also helps to unload the freezer from frozen berries for the new season. For the recipe, many thanks to my subscriber Irina, I'm cooking for the second time, the first time I cooked with cherries today with currants.

I tried the pie "All by a glass" and added it to my favorite recipes (I share a recipe from a subscriber)

Recipe:

eggs -2 pcs.

salt -1 / 3 tsp.

sugar -1st

semolina -1st.

kefir -1 tbsp

flour -1 tbsp

berries -1 tbsp.

vegetable oil -1 / 2st (100ml)

baking powder -1h.l

And so we take a bowl, break 2 eggs, add a pinch of salt, put 1 glass of sugar, mix with a whisk, pour in 1 glass of kefir, now put 1 glass of flour and 1 glass of semolina, add 1 tsp. baking powder.

Stir, pour in half a glass of vegetable oil, I have 100 ml, mix the dough ready. If you wish, you can leave the dough for 30 minutes so that the semolina swells, I don't do this, but start baking right away. Grease the form with oil.

Now we put 1 cup frozen berries in the dough, I do not defrost the berries beforehand.
Stir lightly, but not too much and pour the dough onto a baking sheet, my baking sheet is 19 cm by 19 cm in size.

By the way, berries can not be added to the dough, but spread over the top of the dough, everything is at your discretion.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or navigate in your oven. I want to add important information, pies with frozen berries are often not baked inside for many, this is occurs due to temperature changes, since cold berries cool the dough and the pie inside may not bake.

Therefore, as the cake turns brown, check the readiness with a wooden skewer, if suddenly it is ruddy on top, but inside it is damp, it is not worth it get upset, you need to cover it with foil and leave it in the oven for 10 minutes or navigate your oven, it will quickly reach under the foil until ready.
Take the finished cake out of the mold, let it cool and start drinking tea.
Soft, airy and very delicious. I brought the recipe into my favorite recipes and I will cook it more than once, and in the summer I will definitely bake it with fresh berries.
