This is brilliant! And how did I not guess before? A simple and very quick way: just about 10-15 minutes and the yeast dough will rise. I found out about this method quite recently, I read it in some women's magazine.
I'll tell you about everything in order.
We knead the yeast dough that we need. The recipe does not matter, the main thing is that the composition contains yeast.
We put the dough in a bowl (I lightly grease it with oil so that it does not stick), cover it with a cloth on top and send it to the microwave.
And now the most important point: we put a glass of boiling water in the microwave. I usually put it in a corner. Well, that's it, close the door and wait 15 minutes. If there is not much test, then 10 minutes will be enough.
Please note: DO NOT turn on the microwave !!!
The dough rises perfectly thanks to the "greenhouse effect", which is created with the participation of hot water and a small enclosed space.
The dough works very well, you can immediately make pies and other pastries.
There is also a second way:
Here, the microwave will already need to be turned on. So, cover the dough with a napkin and put it in the oven. A glass of water is NOT required in this case. We set the power below average and turn it on for 3 minutes.
Then turn it off, wait 3-4 minutes and turn it on again for 3 minutes. After that, leave the dough to "rest" for 5-7 minutes. Do not open the microwave door. The dough also goes very well and quickly.
Note: I did not notice any difference between the dough that rose naturally just in the heat and the dough that came up in the microwave. It had no effect on the taste, on raising it in the oven during baking. And if you don't see the difference, then why wait for 2 hours?
I would be glad if my advice is useful to you too!
