Today I want to share a recipe for meat in potatoes. Each time I fall in love with this dish more and more. You can serve it not only for every day, but also for a festive table, guests will be satisfied with it checked more than once, and here it also turns out a very tasty sauce.

Recipe:
fillet meat - 700g
salt - 1 tsp
black pepper - to taste
sour cream or cream -200-300g
For potato batter:
potatoes -600g
eggs -2pcs
sour cream -2 tbsp. (or mayonnaise)
flour -3 tbsp.
onion -1pc
garlic -2-3tooth
salt -1 / 2 tsp.
black pepper - to taste
dill greens - to taste
COOKING METHOD:
We take meat fillet 700 grams, you can chicken breast or turkey, I have pork today. Cut into portions the size of a regular cutlet. We beat off the meat, if there is no hammer for chops, you can beat it off with the back of the knife.
Salt the meat on both sides and pepper. Set aside.
We take fresh potatoes, peel, the weight of peeled potatoes is 600 g, grate on a coarse grater, together with potatoes, grate 1 onion.
Put in a bowl, break 2 eggs, add garlic, passed through a garlic press.
2 tbsp sour cream, 3 tbsp. flour without a slide, salt, black pepper and mix.
Now we take a piece of meat and put potatoes on it on both sides.
Take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, put the meat in potatoes in a pan and fry under a lid on both sides until golden brown.
So we fry all the meat.
We take a baking sheet from me, the internal dimensions are 31 cm by 23 cm.
We put the meat in potatoes and pour 200-300 ml with sour cream or cream, I have homemade sour cream.
Put in the oven and cook in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
The meat is soft, juicy, and together with potatoes it is incredibly tasty. Serve with fresh vegetables or salad.
