Today I want to share with you a recipe for chicken pancakes.

Only we did not prepare you chicken breast, a favorite (or not lyubimoy🤔) slimming.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small chicken breast (300g)
  • 2 cloves garlic - 3-4 g,
  • jar natural yoghurt (y Mey 150 g per jar)
  • 1 egg,
  • favorite fresh herbs (I have green onions and a bit of dill).
  • salt, black pepper and paprika - to taste.

Cook - simply nowhere.

All ingredients except greens, send in a blender and interrupting a well into a homogeneous mass.

If you have already prepared minced chicken, then just mix well all ingredients (garlic then mlko Grate).

Finely chop the herbs and mix with the resulting chicken mixture.

And no meal!

Go bake on medium heat, covered on both sides by 3 minute to form an appetizing crust.

I use a non-stick frying pan and lubricate it a drop of olive oil, to get an appetizing crust.
