  • chicken legs - 3 pcs.
  • onions - 3 pcs.
  • cheese - 100-150 g
  • mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp. l.
  • hops suneli - 1/2 tbsp. l.
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe

1. Cut three washed legs into smaller pieces. Cut off the fat and excess skin.

2. Cut about 3 medium-sized onions into half rings.

3. Put the prepared meat and chopped onion into a bowl. Salt everything to taste. Add 0.5 tbsp. l. seasoning hops-suneli, pepper with black ground pepper. Add 3-4 tablespoons to this. mayonnaise.

4. Mix everything with your hands. Cover the bowl with a lid and leave to marinate at room temperature for about half an hour. If there is no time, then you can cook right away.

5. Half an hour before the guests arrive, put the meat without onions in a baking dish.
Put pickled onions on top of each piece of meat.

6. Three 100 g of cheese on a coarse grater. Gently sprinkle with grated cheese on top of each piece of chicken and onions.

7. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, until tender.
