Today I want to share a recipe for a delicious filling of pickled cucumbers for pies, which tastes immediately and you cannot determine what it is from. Great in post.
Ingredients:
For filling:
pickled cucumbers -450g
rice -70g
onion -2-3pcs
COOKING METHOD
Put the rice in a saucepan, pour 200 ml of water, add a little salt and set to cook until tender, I cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
Pickled cucumbers 450 grams rub on a coarse grater.
We take a frying pan.
Pour some vegetable oil and put onion, fry it until translucent.
Now add the grated cucumbers and fry until the liquid evaporates under the lid for about 10 minutes, as the liquid evaporates and the cucumbers are fried a little, add rice.
Add some salt to taste and spice, I add black pepper. Stir the filling ready, let it cool a little.
