Cooking a delicious raw food cake without the hassle.
Ingredients:
1. Avocado - 1 piece ripe)
2. Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
3. Honey - 2 tablespoons (liquid)
4. Peanut flour - 1/2 cup (or whole peanuts)
5. Coconut oil - 1 teaspoon (you can or without it)
6. Vanillin - on the tip of a knife (natural)
Preparation
We washed and peeled the avocado, cut into pieces, immersed it in a blender container, added cocoa powder (dark high quality), honey, peanut flour and a little vanillin.
Crushed to a soft doughy plastic mass, if the mass turned out to be not thick enough, then added some peanut flour, rolled balls (inside each cake you can roll a little coconut oil).
Then we rolled the dough into balls (or one large ball) and, if desired, you can roll each piece in a carob or in flax flour.
They put our cake on a flat "dish" and put it in the refrigerator or immediately started drinking tea. Have a nice tea, friends, with homemade raw food cake "Potato"!
