Ingredients:
- 400 gr flour
- 120 ml warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 60 gr butter
- 8 g dry yeast
- 0.5 tbsp Sahara
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 150-180 gr cheese
- half a bunch of green onions
- yolk - for lubrication
"Good" Easter cake. Fast, tender and delicious. Yeast-free!
Curd cake, soft and tender on the inside, with a crust on the outside and an airy protein cream on top. For those who do not have time, such a lazy cake will be a lifesaver :) Try it!

- 150 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 50 ml milk
- 50 gr butter
- 180 gr of cottage cheese
- 2 cups flour (160 g each)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 50 grams of raisins
Protein cream:
- 1 protein + a pinch of salt
- 60 g sugar
- 20 ml water
- 0.5 tsp lemon juice

- 0.3 tsp vanilla
- 70 gr butter
- 250 gr flour
- 1 tsp with baking powder top
- 40 grams of chocolate
- 40 gr halva
- 40 grams of walnuts
