A very simple, quick and delicious dessert with only three of the most affordable ingredients. It is prepared easily and very quickly, literally 10-15 minutes and you're done.
The ingredients for this dessert can be found at your local store - cottage cheese, coconut and sugar. Curd-coconut balls are delicious, rich-coconut with a creamy taste. And cocoa gives the dessert a light chocolate bitterness. Both adults and children eat such sweets with pleasure.
By the way, if you replace sugar with a sweetener, you will get a healthy and low-calorie dessert for those who adhere to proper nutrition.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 250 g
  • sugar - 80 g
  • coconut flakes - 80 g + 30 g (for sprinkling)
  • cocoa powder - 10 g

Step by step recipe

1. We take 250 g of cottage cheese and pour it into the chopper. Pour 80 g of sugar into the curd. Grind everything until smooth. Cottage cheese can be used with any fat content.

2. Transfer the chopped curd mass to a bowl. Pour about 80 g of coconut to it. Mix everything well. The amount of coconut flakes depends very much on the moisture content of the curd. It may be needed more than indicated in the recipe. Focus on the consistency of the curd-coconut mass, it should keep its shape well.

3. Divide the prepared mass into two approximately equal parts.

4. Add 10 g of cocoa to one of the parts. It is advisable to sift the cocoa so that there are no lumps. Mix everything well.

5. We take a little curd-coconut mass and form small balls from it. I make balls a little smaller than a walnut. By weight, they are about 10-13 g.
In this way, we roll up all the balls. Put the finished balls in coconut flakes. Roll them in shavings and put them on a plate.

6. In the same way, we roll up balls of chocolate curd-coconut mass. Roll them in coconut flakes.

7. From this amount of curd-coconut mass, I got 36 balls.
We put all the sweets beautifully on a plate.

The dessert turned out to be delicate with a pleasant coconut-creamy taste. It is prepared simply and from the minimum amount of ingredients. This dessert can be served immediately or prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
