For two weeks, my husband lost another 1.1 kg in the lung. Let me remind you that he eats whatever he wants, drinks tea with sugar, but within the framework of his daily deficit.

And even in this mode, the weight slowly goes away, and the husband is comfortable and he does not feel that he is on a diet.

For breakfast, I fried Adyghe cheese (60 g) and one chicken egg in 1 gram of olive oil and made a sandwich on whole grain bread (25 g) with butter (10 g) and carp caviar (35 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 445 kcal.

I had a snack on 170 g of cranberry cottage cheese casserole, to which I added 35 g of natural yogurt without additives.

The snack came out on 235 kcal

For lunch I have cooked cheese soup for several days. I warmed myself 450 g of cheese soup and dried 25 g of whole grain bread in a toaster, rubbed it with garlic and enjoyed lunch. It's good that Friday, at home and not needed anywhere.

It turned out lunch for 375 kcal.

In honor of Friday, I wore homemade shawarma for everyone for dinner, took advantage of my recent find - I prepared the filling for the shawarma in the form of a salad. So it is more convenient to calculate the calorie content, and the shawarma itself can be formed quickly.

For shawarma, I grilled chicken breast in spices, added tomato, fresh cucumber, Korean carrots and lettuce to the breast.
For the sauce I mixed yogurt, tomato sauce and garlic.

My shawarma went out on 400 kcal.

And during the day I ate 25 g of pine nuts - 170 kcal.

The calorie content of the diet was 1625 kcal. B - 117, F - 71, U - 118. The rate of water is drunk.
