On cool spring evenings, you want something hot!
We brew a simple, but very useful tea (such tea has blood-thinning properties, and well-flowing blood warms us much better than thick tea).
The yellow lemon "glows" like the spring sun in our mug!
Ingredients:
1. Lemon - 1 slice (reduces blood viscosity)
2. Ground cloves - a quarter teaspoon
3. Water - 1 glass (ideally melted)
4. Honey - 1 tsp (as a sweetener)
Preparation
We ground the cloves on a coffee grinder (or bought ground cloves), poured a little into a mug, put a slice of lemon, squeezed with a spoon, added honey (high quality).
Then they poured hot water (or you can brew clove tea in a thermo mug up to 90 degrees, and later add everything else).
We covered our "heater" with a lid, let it stand for a couple of minutes and sip a delicious lemon-clove tea.
