In June 2019, I posted a recipe for delicious budget sandwiches. And then, in my heading "Day before the paycheck," I calculated that one sandwich comes out about 4.60 - 5.00 rubles. What happened today? Let's count?

HOW TO COOK:
I chop the meat finely. You can use a meat grinder, of course. But it is tastier when the meat is in pieces.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, spread the chicken to the eggs, add finely grated carrots, finely chopped onions, flour, mayonnaise, salt and spices. I mix everything and put it in the refrigerator for several hours.
This mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, which is very convenient))
I cut the baguette into slices. For these sandwiches, I always buy a baguette with onions (sandwiches with it are tastier and more aromatic).
I spread the prepared mixture on slices of bread. She holds up very well. And then you can either bake or fry in a pan.

• Chicken (thigh fillet) - 200 g 46.00 rubles. - RUB 69.00
• Eggs - 2 pcs. RUB 7.40 - 16.90 rubles.
• Baguette with onions - 1 pc. RUB 22.50 - 43.20 rubles.
• Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. RUB 5.00 - 18.20 rubles.
• Onions - 100 g 4.90 rubles. - 4.30 rubles.
• Flour - 3 tbsp. (75 g) 1.70 rubles. - 2.95 rubles.
• Carrots - 50 g 2.50 rubles. - 2.90 rubles.
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. RUB 2.10 - 3.60 rubles.
• Salt pepper
TOTAL: 92.10 rubles. - 161.05 rubles.
Those. one sandwich costs about 4.60 rubles. - 8.05 rubles.
It turns out that two years ago a sandwich (already taking into account electricity costs) could be made (I rounded up) for 5 rubles.
Today... Almost 2 times more expensive!!! OGO!
I made purchases in the same store. I took goods from the same manufacturers... The onion baguette surprised me! The price has doubled... And I didn’t notice. We always buy such a baguette in the same store. And now, it turns out that we are already paying for it twice as much as in June 2019!
I am glad that at least something... at least the vegetables remained at the same price (and the onions turned out even cheaper). But look at the rest of the prices!
Of course, I do not exclude errors in the calculations. Yes, even if I was wrong somewhere. But not so much! In two years, the cost of this particular dish has increased by 75%! How do you like that...
