Tasty and simple-simple)) Only some 20 minutes and the casserole is ready. This year we have a lot of cherries, we have already collected several buckets. Some were frozen, of course. But everything does not fit in the refrigerator, so every day now I cook something with cherries. Today, here's a casserole for breakfast. Here's my recipe:
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese
Cherry
Semolina
Sugar
Eggs
Cream
Salt
Butter
Preparation:
First, prepare the cherry - remove the seeds from it, drain the excess juice (you can then add it to the compote). I take cherries by eye, about 2 handfuls.
Now we mix 450 grams of cottage cheese, 2 eggs and 3-4 tablespoons of sugar. Stir until smooth, add half a teaspoon of salt, you can add vanilla sugar / vanillin to taste.
Now pour in 100 ml of cream, add 5 tablespoons of semolina, mix until smooth. Then put in the cherries, mix again. If you feel that the mass has turned out to be watery, then add a couple more tablespoons of semolina.
Grease the baking dish with butter and spread the curd-cherry mass, level with a spoon.
We bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Cooking for 20-25 minutes. A little tip: do not take the casserole out of the mold right away, let it cool slightly so that it does not fall apart, and the pieces hold their shape well when slicing.
Bon appetit, friends!
