Hi friends! I offer a summer light English dessert with meringue and fresh Eton Mess strawberries. It has many recipes for cooking and assembly. Meringue for dessert you can use the ready-made one and then you will assemble it in general in a couple of minutes.

  • Mix the powdered sugar with the cornstarch.
  • Add sugar to egg white.
