Gradually began to lose weight, I was glad to any result at first. Especially in the first month there was a feeling of lightness straight - minus almost 5 kg! Although I have already read a lot of information about proper nutrition, you realize that most of it has gone the extra water.
I've never been skinny girl and the most Minimum my weight after the age of 20 was established in the 80 kg. (Bone or something... I have a broad and heavy)).
So, to start losing weight, I put a goal - to lose weight up to 80 kg.! Over 132!
And this goal was so far... which, of course, did not give me strength and confidence.
So I decided to fool yourself.
And she began to set interim goals - I want to lose weight: up to 125kg... up to 115kg... up to 100kg!
And you know, it worked 100%.
Sub-goal is incredibly pleasing me, spurred to even better results. I was proud of myself and confidence in the fact that all I get to take root more in me. Waiting for the planned numbers on the scale, I immediately said to myself - Hurray! I could! So I can and even better!
At this stage, I'm waiting for the scales will show me 100kg. It remains yet to lose 1.5 kg. But subconsciously I want to see at least 99kg on the scales). Much more joyful and attractive figure psychologically, agree?)
No wonder psychologists say that to achieve the cherished goal you need to set interim goals themselves.
My example is a direct proof of that).
80 kg - that's my main goal. And now I know for sure that we will achieve it. Let it will take half a year, and maybe more, but a cherished figure on the scale required to light up. Of that I'm sure!
And this is what I will focus on the 80 kg, here in this already I'm not sure)))).
And at this point I want to tell you, girls.
If you can overcome laziness, you find motivation (so to lose weight permanently and forever, not fleeting - Tipo: the New Year need to lose 10 kg ...), will start to adhere to proper nutrition and calorie deficiency, TO - You get a result that is in itself motivating to further weight loss.
Now I can not imagine for themselves a different way of life and do not want to cram a larger vkusnyashek. I feel sorry for my work and the result of which I have already made.
And further. I do not tire of repeating that you can lose weight without starving and eating delicious! Proper nutrition and a calorie deficit will help to say goodbye with the hated kilograms forever!
