With the onset of autumn, I automatically want mayonnaise salads. I am the only one? I would like to think that I have "fellow soldiers" in this matter. It is for them that today I have a recipe for a very tasty, but quite simple Sea Devil salad. I think that many people know it and often cook it.

So let's go!

The lowest layer is boiled potatoes. I rub the potatoes with a coarse grater, salt a little and mix with a little mayonnaise.

The next layer is smoked fish. You can use any, I cook with pink salmon. I cut it into small pieces and spread it on the potatoes in an even layer, do not grease with mayonnaise.

Next, green onions are sent to the salad, which can already be slightly greased with mayonnaise.

Next, a layer of boiled eggs, grated with a coarse grater, which must be greased with mayonnaise.

The salad is completed with a layer of grated boiled carrots, I do not grease it with anything, and just before serving I sprinkle it with a little green onion.

Like any flaky salad, let it sit in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 2-3 pieces
  • Smoked pink salmon - 100 gr
  • Green onions - 3-4 pieces
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Carrots - 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise
