My channel is my experience of losing weight. And this is not diets with their prohibitions, nor fasting and portions from the palm of your hand: I went through all this more than once - that's just zero sense.
The only thing that helped me understand my dietary mistakes was calorie counting.
Why haven't I been able to lose weight once and for all before? There are many reasons:
- on all kinds of diets, I constantly wanted to eat, I was starving and kept only on willpower,
- I wanted delicious food, not cabbage and boiled breast with buckwheat,
- food temptations are constantly around us: birthdays, holidays, meetings with friends, get-togethers with the team at work with or without reason.
And willpower hasn't always helped me. I was frustrated. After each breakdown, I blamed myself, scolded and seized the insult to myself, returning to my usual diet, which had already led me to excess weight.
I walked in circles.

Thanks to nutritional control using calorie counting and BJU, the diet becomes balanced, healthy, but not less tasty and satisfying.
The main thing is to learn how to reduce the calorie content of dishes, primarily using a minimum of oil in their preparation. Believe me, the taste of the dish will not be worse if you use a teaspoon of oil instead of a glass.
And with the help of the calorie counter, you can easily control the calorie content of food that you ate during the day.

For breakfast I ate two sandwiches and drank coffee with milk and syrup. Went out breakfast for 465 kcal - these are: 45 g of bread, 15 g of butter, 75 g of lightly salted fish, 60 g of milk and 20 g of syrup in coffee.

I have again come to a period when I simply do not want and cannot eat vegetables. I have such periods and more often they are associated with the fact that it is not possible to buy good tasty vegetables. But now, if you look, you can find vegetables, but I don't want them, that's all. So it is not clear what is the reason for such a periodic dislike for vegetables - it turns out not only because they are tasteless.
For a snack today I just have cheese for tea. 50 g cheese - 170 kcal.
Lunch - chicken broth (350 g) with 70 g of boiled noodles and whole grain bread, which I dried in a toaster. Lunch at 315 kcal
In the evening I took a second trip to the store, because the morning was clearly not mine. Not only could I not buy everything I wanted because there wasn’t even a single basket and trolley to calmly collect food, but I was also naughty.
How many times am I convinced that in all areas there are people who are inattentive and do not have information (so say), but those who love to shift the blame and make someone to blame in order to shield their carelessness.
On the blog, I meet such people very often: someone only looks at pictures, someone reads through a line and, as a result, argues with me about calorie content my breakfast, not knowing the gramme of food, and then, when he is pointed to inattention, he accuses me of underestimating grams. I wonder why I should do this? What's the logic? There is no logic, just to admit that I did not read and judged superficially - there is not enough spirit.
And today I and another woman were guilty of leaving the pharmacy and preventing the woman from standing blocking the exit from it, rummaging in her bag.
This is how people live - looking for those to blame for their troubles. Including those responsible for their excess weight.
Blaming someone, finding a bunch of excuses, but not lifting a finger for yourself is the position of a fairly large number of people. All this is clearly visible if you read the comments to the articles.
And I was lucky. In the evening I bought everything I wanted and a lot of fruit. I could not resist and ate grapes for an afternoon snack (200 g) - 130 kcal.
For dinner, I cut a vegetable salad (250 g total weight of vegetables), filled it with 35 g of sour cream 15% and fried chicken thigh fillet with 5 g of coconut oil with spices. Marinated thigh in soy sauce, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning.
It turned out to be a dinner for 430 kcal.
The calorie content of the day is 1510 kcal. B - 102, F -75, U - 105.
Try to step over the stereotypes of nutrition, forget all myths about nutrition and just start to control your dietary intake. After all, until you try it yourself, you will not understand how comfortable and easy it is to lose weight.
