Sooner or later, each of us faces the question: which method of losing weight to choose, which is better?
An increasing number of people choose calorie counting and their deficit, but there are those who are still addicted to various diets.
What is best for each of us - we ourselves do not always understand. And until you try something new, you will try to get rid of excess weight "in the old fashioned way".
Only after trying calorie counting, I realized that I wasted a lot of time on diets, and most importantly, I harmed my body.
With enviable regularity, I experimented with my body, wanting to lose weight. Minimal portions, refusal of many foods, hunger, bad mood and as a result - a breakdown, gluttony and weight gain even more than it was before the diet.
But I found information, studied it and tried it, and after trying it, I achieved a result and have been supporting it for more than a year.
There are many diets, but the meaning of a calorie deficit is one:

At breakfast I drank coffee with milk (60 g) and salted caramel syrup (15 g) and ate sandwiches on whole grain bread (45 g) with butter (15 g) and 60 g of cheese. This breakfast came out on 510 kcal
Coffee with milk and sandwiches with butter and cheese are one of the classic breakfasts that hardly anyone can afford on a strict diet. But the goal for those who count calories and adhere to a small deficit and those who are on hungry diets alone is to get rid of excess weight.
The goal is one, but it is achieved in different ways: in the first case, it is easy, tasty and comfortable, and in the second, we all went through as in the second case, most often it happens: hungry, tasteless, with breakdowns.
And I do not understand why many people still torment themselves with hungry diets, if it is possible in a different way?
Let me remind you the recipes for nuggets and yogurt pie:
I chose grapes as a snack. In the season and not to eat grapes for those who love it - it would be sad. My 300 g of grapes fit perfectly into the daytime KBZHU - 195 kcal.
I constantly compare my life before counting calories, when I was always dieting and counting calories. And I want to declare responsibly - now "not life, but raspberries!" I sit and eat grapes and am convinced of this again.
Someone will say to count every day and weigh food - it's dreary, boring, and you won't count your whole life.
And I will say: when there is a goal, when you don’t want to return to that terrible past with excess weight, when you don’t want to go hungry and chew dry buckwheat, eating it fresh boiled breast, when you do not want to give up everything in the world just to lose weight - calorie counting becomes an indispensable assistant and absolutely not in burden. I'd rather spend 15 minutes a day counting than tormenting myself with diets all my life and going in circles that get fat, then lose weight.
And you don't have to count calories all your life if this is what bothers you, because during the time of losing weight it becomes clear. how much and what you can eat per day within your normal range, a diet is built up in terms of proteins, fats and carbohydrates and food is slowly is changing.
Mushroom soup (450 g) with a sandwich on whole grain bread (25 g) with 20 g of processed cheese and 10 g of sun-dried tomatoes were for lunch - 250 kcal.
For dinner, 200 g of turkey cutlets and honey mushrooms, which I stewed with butter in 10% sour cream with garlic (250 g). turned out to be dinner for 505 kcal.
And in the evening I got proteins, fats and calories with cheese (40 g) - 135 kcal.
Who would have thought of sitting on a diet for pleasure in the evening with cheese tea, and even with benefit? And within the framework of your daily allowance for KBZHU, you can eat cheese for pleasure.
Result of the day: K - 1595, B - 80, F - 86, U - 127.
The usual average diet, no superfoods, no absolute bans. I am nourishing, tasty, and at the same time I got rid of excess weight and successfully support the result. Isn't it all worth 15 minutes of your time?
