The recipe for cauliflower with minced meat is incredibly simple, it doesn't take much of your energy. We will stuff and bake a whole head of cabbage at once. You can take any minced meat according to your taste.

Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 1 head (1.3 kg)
- minced meat - 350 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- mayonnaise - 50 g
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. Pour water into a saucepan and put it on the stove. When the water boils, salt it with half a tablespoon of salt and stir. Put a head of cauliflower in boiling water and set it for 10 minutes. I have a cabbage weighing 1.3 kg. Cover the pan with a lid.
2. 10 minutes have passed, we take the cabbage out of the water and let it cool.
3. Cooking the filling.
Cut the floor of the onion into small cubes. To make the onion smaller, we additionally chop it with a knife.
4. Put 350 g of minced meat in a bowl. Add onion and break 1 egg. Salt the minced meat with about half a cup. l. salt and pepper with black pepper. Mix everything until smooth. I use minced pork, but you can also use any other, such as chicken or beef.
5. We take the already cooled cabbage and turn it upside down with a stump. Stuff the cabbage with prepared minced meat. It is most convenient to do this by hand pushing the minced meat between the inflorescences. When there is no more space left from below, turn the cabbage over, fill the gaps between the inflorescences, slightly moving them to the side.
6. Grease the baking dish a little with vegetable oil. Put stuffed cabbage in it. Grease the cabbage with mayonnaise on top. You will need about 50 g of mayonnaise.
7. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 40 minutes.
Serve hot stuffed cabbage.
