Load up my kilos for a long time, I love a tasty meal) And who does not love ?!). Especially was irresistible craving for everything fried and, of course, baking.
But getting a kick and decided to change my lifestyle, I moved to a proper diet (or OkoloPP) because Right here are expert PP I do not consider myself and allow myself some products, for which PPshniki be ashamed, I).
AND here from May to August, my result - 117 kg! Minus 15 kg.
I hasten to say that these 15 kg were given to me very hard... NOT!) It was hard for a couple of months, in the beginning, to get used to the new food prepared by cooking, sautéing or baking (I also loved all zazharochku) and certainly not enough bread rolls and sweet.
But by the end of the summer I was involved in the process, so yes I liked the weight loss results and felt sorry for her labor invested in this process is that the desire to eat a piece of roast pork, pie or Pirozhenko disappeared tightly!
I still continued to prepare all sorts of snacks to her husband, who in any did not want to support me on the way to a healthy lifestyle). And, can you imagine, even the snacks, fragrant pies and cakes did not seduce me! I was sorry for the effort and wanted even better results.
I said for him and a strange thing: the less my weight and volume, the more complaints about the appearance and the desire to lose weight!
By November, my all reduced to 106 kg! To say that I was happy soboy- not say anything!
Unfortunately, in November, I had to go away on business, and although I have some controlled calorie deficit and method of cooking food, but I did not have my favorite scales to monitor the weight of each receiving food. Plus, in this period, I had to be fidgety, which is unfavorable, as we know, affects weight loss.
Yet, even minus 3 kg to date! Now my weight is 103 kg! I am happy and so results, but who would say that you could lose a lot more than half a year. May be. But I'm trying to lose weight so as to preserve their health, and so undermined that excess weight. And I advise you not to pursue immediate results. Love yourself and succeed!
As a result, my result from May 2018 to December 2018 minus 29 kg!
I must say that I do not feel hunger, I eat and gorge on delicious!
