If among you, my dear readers, there are those who still think that they will never be able to lose weight, you are mistaken. You can lose weight, but for this you need to at least pull yourself together and start doing something for yourself, and not look for regular excuses.

Your assistants will be:

  • discipline: only consistency in achieving the goal will lead you to the goal,
  • self-control: it is you, and no one else needs the result, no one for you will do your work on yourself and control your nutrition,
  • and the desire to lose weight: without the desire to achieve results - you don't have to start, so everything suits you.

And the most important assistant in losing weight and changing lifestyle for you will be a small calorie deficit:

Why is a small calorie deficit important? Everyone who is overweight, sat on strict diets, limited themselves to a number of foods. How did such experiments on the body end? Two main takeaways:

  • or a breakdown and subsequent zazor, because there was not enough willpower to bring the matter to the end (very few people can endure constant hunger for a long time and eating unpalatable food) and an environment with harmful, but such tasty and high-calorie food was more important than being slim and health
  • or they still achieved some result, but then returned to their previous diet, not controlled their diet and successfully returned all the pounds that had been thrown off with such difficulty, and they were also friends bring with you.

Wasn't that scenario basically yours? It is a small calorie deficit that will help to avoid the voiced scenarios.

Minimum restrictions do not allow you to feel restrained in food, there are also no absolute restrictions on products - everything is possible. The only thing is to maintain a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, then you will feel full and you will receive excellent health in the form of a reward from the body for a balanced diet.

A minimum of restrictions, a balanced diet, satiety - all this gives a minimum chance of breakdowns and grief, and your diet will be quite comfortable and tasty. Excess weight will go away slowly but surely! At the same time, food habits will gradually be developed, the attitude towards food will change, the way of life will change - all this will make it possible to maintain the achieved result and not return to the diet on which you ate the lines the weight.

For an example of a menu on the calculation of KBZHU, I will show my diet for the day. My diet is designed to maintain weight, taking into account my calorie intake and a comfortable BJU for me.

At breakfast I ate a sandwich on bread (80 g), which I dried in a toaster, with 40 g of curd cheese and 100 g of salted Karelian trout.

Breakfast turned out to be 500 kcal.

Do not forget that bread during heat treatment (in a toaster, for example) loses moisture and, accordingly, weight. Therefore, all the bread you want to eat must be weighed before toasting it in a toaster or dry skillet. For example, my bread initially weighed 80 g, and after the toaster began to weigh 70 g, but at the same time all of its KBZhU was preserved in it (moisture just went away: water is zero calories).

Today, in a recipe reminder, I want to remind you of recipes with zucchini. Whoever has not tried the preparation for the winter "ala mother-in-law's language" - be sure to try it - it is very tasty and only 82 kcal. And zucchini under a cheese cap will be a great snack.

And today I have a curd-carrot casserole (200 g) and green tea for a snack - 270 kcal.

For lunch, potato soup with meatballs (minced turkey breast and thigh) and bread (40 g) with curd cheese (30 g). Lunch at 350 kcal.

Dinner consisted of cutlets (the same minced turkey breast and thigh, cutlets weight 175 g) and vegetable salad (total vegetable weight 250 g), seasoned with 35 g sour cream 15%.

Dinner turned out to be 340 kcal.

There was an early dinner, however, as usual on weekdays, so I often allow myself something in the evening with tea as part of my daytime KBZHU.

Today I ate 30 g of dark chocolate with tea - 165 kcal.

The total calorie content of the day is 1625 kcal. B - 102, F - 78, U - 124.

If you do not complicate your life, following various myths and stereotypes of losing weight, then losing weight and maintaining weight is easy on ordinary products and without absolute prohibitions. It is enough to control the calorie content of the diet and monitor the nutritional balance - and this now takes me no more than 5 minutes a day.
