A distinctive feature of such a method of losing weight as calorie counting and their deficit is the relative balance of the diet.

Eating a calorie deficit does not limit the consumption of any foods. The only limitation is the daily norm of KBZhU, into which you can enter any of your favorite food or dish.

When calculating KBZhU, your diet depends solely on your imagination, culinary and financial capabilities.

By counting calories, your diet is gradually changing and becomes more correct, healthy. Why? Choosing between a small cake, the calorie content of which will be 350 kcal and a large plate of salad, in which there will be vegetables, and chicken with a slice of bread (the same 350 kcal), the cake will most likely be chosen by those who are at the very beginning losing weight. Because over time, the realization comes - it is better to eat something healthy and voluminous and then not suffer from hunger for half a day. After all, you will eat the cake and will not notice, and in an hour you will already be looking at the food.

Today I once again want to draw your attention to the fact that it is better to draw up an approximate menu in advance, and not in fact enter into the calorie counter what you have eaten - so you can dinner, you can stay without dinner, because you have already eaten your norm or more (well, or you can have dinner in such a situation, overeating, which will not lead you to harmony).

And if you plan ahead and stick to the plan, then:

  • you will immediately see which nutrients (BZHU) you lack, and with which brute force and you can correct the menu.
  • adhering to the compiled menu, you will always be with dinner.
  • your calorie deficit will always be under your control.

I make up the menu either the night before or at breakfast - 5 minutes and you're done!

Yesterday I bought cottage cheese and I plan to cook a lot of it from it, but the first thing I will cook from cottage cheese today is the most delicious, hearty cheese cake.

The truth was a little lazy, I prepared a portion for two and simplified the calculation of KBZHU for myself, simply by dividing all the ingredients in half to calculate the KBZHU of my portion.

For a double serving, I used 180 g 9% cottage cheese, 1 egg, 50 g whole grain rice flour, 70 g pizza mozzarella. I fried about 2 g of vegetable oil, and wrote down (as I said) half of the ingredients in the counter.

My portion turned out to be 390 kcal.

As a snack, I have 200 g of vinaigrette seasoned with 10 g of aromatic sunflower oil - 190 kcal.

I sketched in advance the menu for today, taking into account my "Wishlist" for today, the possibilities and availability of products.

I knew that I had boiled pasta left from yesterday (I cooked it at home, but I didn't eat it myself) and today I decided that I will make myself for lunch the remaining pasta (120 g) with the addition of smoked turkey drumstick (100 g), 30 g of pizza mozzarella and 50 g of milk.

It turned out to be such a dinner for 485 kcal.

In the evening it was so lazy that I ate again the vinaigrette (200 g), seasoned with 10 g of fragrant sunflower oil with a turkey cutlet (100 g). Dinner for 320 kcal.

Even in the afternoon, I knew that in the evening, about 3 hours before bedtime, I would have a treat (for me, a treat) - a curd-rye bun (50 g) and 200 g of 3.5% milk. All this - 265 kcal.

When I baked buns in the evening, the aroma was simply breathtaking throughout the apartment. I certainly wouldn't have fallen asleep if I hadn't tasted the little bun.

Result of the day: 1650 kcal. B - 104, F - 73, U - 133.

So we waited for October 1 - the date for which our small flash mob "acquaintance" was appointed.
