How to slim down tasty and comfortable? Quick reference:
I want to share with you a recipe for a manna, which I called "Zebra" based on the pie you all know.
You will find a list of ingredients, KBZhU per 100 g and a video recipe at the end of the article.
Let's cook!
Take three eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
Mix 350 g of cottage cheese with 50 g of sour cream, 3 yolks, 7 g of sweetener, a bag of vanillin. I used a blender to mix well and there were no grains of cottage cheese.
Then add semolina with baking powder and mix.
We set aside the curd-semolina mixture, let the semolina swell.
Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until firm.
Add proteins to the curd-semolina mixture and stir gently.
Divide the resulting dough into 2 unequal parts. Add 5 g of cocoa to one of the smaller parts and mix well.
I also decided to add dried strawberries to the dough with cocoa.
We take a baking dish (when changing the silicone 18 cm - it is better to use a form of a smaller diameter - the manna will be higher).
We spread part of the "white" dough, then put all the dough with cocoa on it and cover it with the remaining "white" dough.
We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick, it must be dry.
