Chicken breast pastroma is easy to prepare, but it always turns out tasty and juicy. In general, it is an excellent substitute for sausage and is also ideal for salads, such as caesar.

Recipe:
chicken breast -2pcs
salt -1 / 2 tsp.
soy sauce -1.5 tbsp
sweet paprika -1 / 2 tsp
vegetable oil -2 tbsp
garlic -2 tooth (optional)
COOKING METHOD
We take my chicken breast and dry it with a paper towel, sprinkle with salt on my 600 grams of chicken breast half a teaspoon, put half a teaspoon sweet paprika, add soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, if you wish, you can add a couple of cloves garlic.
Distribute the marinade evenly and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or better overnight. Now we take it out, put it on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven
up to 220 (two hundred and twenty degrees, set the timer for exactly 15 minutes, as soon as 15 minutes have passed turn off the oven in no case do not open the oven, and leave the meat there until it cools completely, notice for about 3-4 hours. Only now we put it in the refrigerator until it cools completely.
Now we take out the finished chicken breast and cut it, serve it for breakfast for sandwiches.
