Today I want to invite you to cook incredibly delicious chocolates with hazelnuts. The recipe is simple, candy is very easy to prepare.

Let's cook
- Melt 70 grams of dark chocolate with 50% cocoa in the microwave or water bath. Leave the melted chocolate on the table
- Finely grind 70 grams of roasted hazelnuts in a blender or mortar
- For 100 grams of sour cream, I have sour cream with a fat content of 20%, you can take more fatty sour cream
- Add 10 grams or 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sifted cocoa
- 20 grams or 1 tbsp. a spoonful of powdered sugar
Stir until smooth, powdered sugar and cocoa should completely dissolve.
Sour cream in this recipe can be replaced with thick natural yogurt without additives.
- Add the previously melted chocolate and mix well with a whisk until smooth
- Add 70 grams of chopped hazelnuts. Stir until smooth
Cover the chocolate mass with a lid or cling film and put it in the refrigerator, stabilize for at least 1 hour.
When the mass has cooled, we will form the candies.
- For the filling, we need 20 pcs. roasted and peeled hazelnuts
- For the formation of sweets - 15 grams of waffle crumbs. I grind waffles in a blender. If there are no waffles, then they can be replaced with chopped nuts.
- We collect the chocolate mass in a teaspoon, insert one nut inside, cover the nut with the chocolate mass
- Transfer to waffle crumbs, roll and form a ball
Thus, we form all the candies, I got 20 candies.
- Putting the candies in the refrigerator and preparing the icing
- Grind 60 grams of roasted hazelnuts in a blender or mortar. For the glaze, I chop the nuts medium
- Melt in a microwave oven or in a water bath with 130 grams of dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 50%
- Add 20 grams or 2 tbsp to the melted chocolate. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir until smooth
- Add 60 grams of chopped hazelnuts. Stir until smooth
- Roll the candy in the glaze, and transfer it to parchment paper. It is convenient to do this using 2 forks.
- Thus, we cover all the candies with glaze.
- We put the candies in the refrigerator, let the glaze completely freeze
