Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment50kg.

Today I had a day out and perhaps dinner, too, so that the final counting calories I approximate.

Early breakfast consisting of two eggs and sandwich on whole wheat bread (30 g) with butter (about 10 g) and caviar carp (25 g).

Green tea and omega-3 during breakfast and I-fed and contented ready for a new day.

I have breakfast at 380 kcal.

After breakfast we went immediately to the Office to the parents of her husband.

Snack I was at a party on 150 kcal.

This - Green tea 75% bitter chocolate and about 35 g of dried dates. Naturally eye weight, but I already know about how heavy products that often in my diet.

While her husband helped with the repair, I go to the market for shopping, there are products that do not buy in our district. And I always take the opportunity to make a stock.

Here it is impossible to look at a display of sweets, all at once it would be desirable. I still bought something like ham, turkey (try to choose lower-calorie product). So today I will pamper myself (and of the family, of course, and then think that I have them on the potatoes and keep makaroshkah), that's just how I enter in kalorazh, I do not know. Well, even if it is exceeded.

What do you think of the Belarusian products? We have not often, but buying something cold. And I noticed that all the products that they sell quickly deteriorate. Perhaps because less chemistry? What do you think?

For lunch I had a chicken breast with bulgur and vegetables (about 300 g) - 300 kcal.

And in the late afternoon was a julienne of chicken in a basket - about 100 grams - 150 kcal.

Calorie julienne I counted about because they do not have time to count KBZHU dishes when cooking, I have to sleep yesterday. But solemnly I promise you that will prepare you for the recipe for this delicious dish and counted KBZHU.

Returning home in the evening everyone wanted to drink tea with something. And I remembered the sweets - turkey ham. And I decided - had not been to sleep more than 3 hours - I allow myself two amaranth of bread with turkey (about 100 g).

It turned out I 220 kcal an evening snack.

And surprisingly the total caloric content of the day was 1200 kcal. Even if I did something wrong with your eye estimation, I have left another 100 calories to their deficit in 1300.

Norma drank water today. Let me remind you, Cho recommended rate of water is 30 ml per kilogram of body weight.

And I want to remind you that your rate of calories you need to recalculate.
