✅👌What do you usually make from cottage cheese? Surely cheese cakes, casseroles or lazy dumplings?

And today I suggest you do something more interesting - the most delicate curd pie.

I no longer fiddle with the long preparation of cheese cakes, but I prepare such a pie: delicious, fast and without an oven

✨ And you don't even need an oven to bake it! Try it - I'm sure you will like it! 🥰

📕To make a cake you will need: 🥙

Cottage cheese (5-9% fat) - 300 g
Granulated sugar - 100-120 g (to taste)
Vanilla sugar - 10 g (sachet)
Wheat flour - 150 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp l. with a slide
Chicken eggs (selected category) - 2 pcs.
Odorless vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Butter - lump (for greasing the pan)

First of all, we take cottage cheese and send it to a deep bowl. If the cottage cheese is granular, it is very advisable to first wipe it through a metal sieve in order to get rid of large grains - the cake will turn out to be softer. Drive in 2 eggs.

Add sugar. Personally, 100 grams is enough for my eyes, especially since the pie contains raisins - they are also sweet. We also add vanilla sugar.

We grind everything thoroughly with a fork.

We measure out the specified amount of flour, sift it into a bowl with the curd mass, add baking powder.

Mix everything a little and pour in vegetable oil.

We wash and dry the raisins, and then transfer them to the dough.

Mix the dough again quickly. It will turn out to be quite thick, but not tight - the baking powder will start working almost immediately.

Lubricate the pan with a piece of butter and spread all the curd dough at once, level the top. Cover with a lid and set on the lowest heat. We bake the cake for 12-15 minutes, then turn it over with a plate and bake for another 10 minutes under the lid.

Put the finished curd pie on a serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar or grease with jam / jam / condensed milk. The baked goods are very tender and soft. My kids love this pie for breakfast very much.
