Recipe:

fillet meat -500g

COOKING METHOD

Cut the fillet into slices 5-7 mm thick.

Now we beat off the meat with a kitchen hammer or with the back of a large knife. We beat off from both sides. Today I have pork 500 g, you can take chicken breast, beef or turkey. Salt the meat, I always add salt to half a kg of meat and half a tsp. salt. And be sure to pepper to taste.
We take a frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil, heat it up and put the prepared meat, fry for about 30-40 seconds on each side. If desired, the meat can not be fried.
Cut 2 onions into quarters into rings and fry in a pan until translucent.
Peel potatoes for me the weight of peeled potatoes is 1 kg 200 gr. Cut into circles. Add 1 tsp salt to the potatoes. black pepper, potato seasoning and stir. We take a suitable baking sheet.

Lubricate with vegetable oil, put half of the potatoes, now put the meat and the other half of the potatoes. Now pour 150 ml of cream, add the fried onions. Cover with foil and put in the oven, cook under foil for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are ready, navigate in your oven. Now we take out the foil and remove it. Grate the cheese on a fine grater 100 grams and sprinkle on top of the potatoes, put them back in the oven and cook for another 15 minutes until the cheese is browned.

Serve hot and hot to the table. As I already said, if you wish, you can not fry the meat and onions in a pan. The taste will be slightly different, but it turns out to be no less tasty.
