Recipe:

chicken fillet -500g

seasoning hops suneli -1 / 3 tsp.

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

lemon juice -1-2 tbsp.

onion -2-3pcs (100g)

garlic -2-3tooth

egg -1pc

milk -50ml

flour -3 tbsp. (70g)

COOKING METHOD

And so we take a chicken fillet of 500 grams, cut it into large cubes of about 1.5 cm by 1.5 cm. Put in a bowl and add half a tsp. salt, seasoning hops suneli 1/3 tsp. or add to taste.
Be sure to pour about 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice, I use this ready-made lemon juice.

Stir and set aside. During this time, we will chop finely onions, my onions are not large, I took 3 onions, my onion weighs about 100 grams.
Be sure to chop the onion finely at the end of it, chop it with a knife. Add the onion to the meat and add the garlic passed through a garlic press.

Pour in 50 ml of milk and break 1 egg, mix everything, now add flour gradually, I need 3 tablespoons, by weight it is 70 grams.


The mass should turn out like a pancake. We take vegetable oil into the pan, put the mass into the pan with a spoon and distribute so that the meat is in one layer. We fry under a lid over low heat so that the onions and meat have time to cook, I get 2-3 minutes on each side.

So we fry all our upholstery. Serve to the table, with any side dish or just for a snack. Tasty both hot and cold.
