Ingredients:

Pumpkin
Onion
Garlic
Vegetable oil
Soy sauce
Spices
Salt

Preparation:

For the "Korean pumpkin" snack we need 400-450 grams of pumpkin. We grate it for Korean carrots. Add a pinch of salt and squeeze a little with your hands to soften the pumpkin.

Now we chop finely onions 1 pc and fry it together with spices in vegetable oil. From spices, I have black and red peppers, coriander. You can use dry Korean carrot seasoning. Add spices to taste.

While the onion is fried, add chopped garlic to the pumpkin. Then we shift the onion with spices. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, mix and the Korean pumpkin is ready! Add greens and some sesame seeds if desired.

You can eat right away, but it is better if the pumpkin stands in the refrigerator for 3 hours. The next day, the snack will be even tastier.
