I squeeze juice from oranges and tangerines. I have an ordinary, still Soviet, juicer. Do you still have Soviet things? They did it before conscientiously.

I filter the juice, I got 280 gr.

Now I take the orange slices and scoop out the remaining pulp with a spoon.

I pour the juice into a saucepan, add instant gelatin. Who doesn't like gelatin, make this dessert on agar-agar.

I put it on the stove and heat it constantly, stirring it. In no case do we boil. The main thing is that the gelatin dissolves and that's it. I bring it up to 60 degrees.
