Something new! The simplest cabbage salad has been slightly improved and it turned out to be a bomb! A very tasty and satisfying salad, and also simple and from the available ingredients - you definitely have everything in the fridge.
Preparation:
Thinly chop 200g of cabbage, grate one carrot on a coarse grater (or chop it into strips). Add salt to taste and squeeze the vegetables with your hands so that the juice begins to stand out - this way the cabbage will tighten softer and tastier.
Now mix 3 eggs, a pinch of salt and 50 ml of milk in a bowl.
Heat the pan, lightly grease with vegetable oil and pour in a little egg-milk mixture - fry egg pancakes on both sides.
Then we put the pancakes in a pile, roll them up and cut them thinly - that's another salad ingredient is ready. Add chopped pancakes to cabbage and carrots.
Now put 1-2 cloves of garlic (I squeeze through a press, you can grate it), season with mayonnaise and mix well.
You can also add greens - dill or green onions are perfect. We immediately serve the salad on the table - I assure you, it will be swept away immediately, it turns out very tasty!
