✅👌 Meat baked in the oven or fried in a pan is really delicious! But just boiled meat does not have an expressive and rather bland taste, it is usually cut and added to the soup.
And today I want to suggest that you boil a piece of meat - use the broth to make soup, and prepare a gorgeous snack from the meat!
✨ It is very simple to prepare, but at the same time such an appetizer can also be put on the festive table.
📕To prepare a snack you will need: 🥙
Meat without bones and large fat layers (pork or beef) - 400-500 g
Onions - 1 large or 2 small heads
Hot water (you can use broth after cooking meat) - 50 ml
Mustard beans - 1 tsp l.
Salt - 1/3 tsp l.
Sugar - 2 tsp l.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Apple cider or wine vinegar (6%) - 3 tbsp l. (can be replaced with lemon juice)
Spices - coriander, black pepper, etc. - taste

Put a piece of lean meat in a saucepan, fill it with cold water and cook a regular broth with meat. After boiling, add salt, bay leaf, allspice or black peppercorns, etc. Cook until tender, remove the meat, cool slightly and cut it into pieces of any shape, but not too finely.
Cut the onion into half rings or rings. Instead of regular onions, you can use red (salad) onions. Also, if you like spicy dishes, you can also chop a small pod of hot pepper.
Now let's prepare the marinade. We take 50 ml of hot water or boiled broth, add salt and sugar there, stir well until the grains dissolve. Then add oil, vinegar or lemon juice, add mustard and dry ground spices to taste. We mix. At this point, you can taste the marinade and, if acidity, saltiness or sweetness is lacking, add the appropriate ingredient.
Next, take any container or bowl and lay out the sliced meat and onions in layers.
Pour everything with marinade on top, mix and hide in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. The longer the appetizer is marinated, the tastier it turns out. During the marinating process, it is advisable to periodically take out the appetizer and stir it.
And before serving, sprinkle the appetizer with chopped herbs (any).
The meat is soft and juicy, and the onion is crispy, sweet and sour. Such an appetizer is good for potatoes, stewed cabbage, fried mushrooms and other side dishes.
