Preparation:
As you can see, the ingredients are the same. But we will cook in the microwave.
Take a suitable plate and lightly grease with vegetable oil. We send it to the microwave for 30 seconds. The plate must be warm before breaking the eggs into it.
We take out, break 1-3 eggs, salt to taste.
And now the most important thing: we pierce the yolk with a knife in 2-3 places. And if it has spread, then you do not need to pierce. This must be done, otherwise, during the cooking process, the yolk will "explode", and then you will wash the microwave, and not eat eggs😄
We put the plate in the microwave at the highest power for 1 minute. If your microwave oven is old, it may take a little more time - up to 2 minutes approximately.
Well, that's all - we take out a plate with ready-made scrambled eggs, pepper to taste, add greens.
