I cook hot minced meat " Kotlesapekanki" for dinner and on a festive table

Instead of cutlets, I cook portioned meat casseroles "Kotlesapekanki". It turns out very juicy, tasty and satisfying and you do not need to stand at the stove, you can serve it as an independent dish, supplementing it with a salad or adding a side dish.

Recipe:

minced meat -500g

onion -1pc

garlic -2-3 tooth

loaf bread - 3-4 slices

tomatoes -2pcs

cheese -150g

salt -1 / 2 tsp

black pepper - to taste

greens to taste

bread crumbs - for deboning

COOKING METHOD

Twist the meat in a meat grinder, measure out 500 grams of minced meat, immediately smoke an onion and a couple of garlic cloves, soak 4 slices of a loaf in water in advance, squeeze and twist with minced meat.

You need to peel off a tomato, I do it like this. I dip the tomatoes first in hot water for 1-2 minutes, then take them out and put them in cold water, now I make a cruciform incision and peel them off.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add to the minced meat, chop the greens with a knife, I have parsley and add to the minced meat.

Cheese 150 grams grated, add to the minced meat, mix, add half a tsp. salt, black pepper, mix again. Minced meat is ready. We also need bread crumbs, I cook them myself, cut the loaf into cubes, put on a baking sheet, dry until golden brown, grind with a blender.

We take a baking sheet and grease it with oil.

We form portioned casseroles from minced meat, I make them weighing 140 grams. Roll in steamed breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet.

We put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees until tender, I bake for 40 minutes, heating the top and bottom, you orient yourself in your oven.

While the cutlets are being prepared, you can prepare a side dish if you wish, I have macaroni with tomatoes today.
