Preparing chicken fillet snacks is a snap. The products in the recipe are the most common and affordable. If you do not have special cones for baking straws, then you can easily make them from foil. Also, for these tubes, you can come up with a filling to your liking.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 700 g
- seasoning for chicken - 2 tsp l.
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt - 1/3 tbsp. l.
Filling:
- boiled egg - 1 pc.
- cheese - 50 g
- tomato - 1/2 pc.
- green onions - 2 pcs.
- parsley - 2-3 branches
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
- salt to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the meat tubes. Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with paper towels. Cut the fillet into thin long strips. The thinner the strip, the more convenient it will be to wrap it up. For the tubes, I took 700 g of chicken fillet.
2. Transfer the chopped fillet to a bowl. Pour in 2 tsp. l. seasoning for chicken, add 1/3 tbsp. l. salt and pour in 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Mix everything with your hands. It is advisable to let the fillets marinate for about 30 minutes. If there is no time, then you can cook right away.
3. We wind the prepared pieces of meat on tubes. We try to overlap the fillets so that there are no holes in the tubes later. From this amount of fillets, I got 10 tubes. If there are no such iron tubes, then they can be made from foil.
Put the prepared tubes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
4. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 25 minutes. Roasting time depends on the thickness of the meat cut and the oven. You do not need to overdry the tubes.
5. While the tubes are baking, prepare the filling.
One boiled egg, three on a coarse grater.
50 g three cheese on a fine grater.
6. Grind a small bunch of green onions and parsley with a knife. Any greens can be used.
Take half a medium-sized tomato and cut it into slices. Cut the resulting tomato slices into cubes.
7. Put cheese, eggs, chopped tomato and herbs in a bowl. Salt everything a little and fill with about 1-2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise. We mix everything.
8. The meat pipes are already baked. Leave them to cool for 5 minutes. When the tubes can already be taken with our hands, we take out the metal cones from them.
9. Fill the meat tubes with the prepared filling. To fill the tube completely, it is advisable to push through the filling. I do this with the back of a teaspoon. We fill all the tubes with this method.
10. Decorate the dish on which we will serve the appetizer with lettuce leaves. In the middle, lay out the cooked appetizer in a pile and serve it on the table.
