Stuffed eggs are a classic appetizer on the festive table. But for the New Year's table I propose to cook stuffed eggs "Santa Claus". This appetizer will delight all guests. Ingredients:
- boiled eggs - 5 pcs.
- cheese - 50 g
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
- garlic - 1 clove
- ground black pepper - to taste
Decoration:
- sweet red pepper - 1 pc.
- black peppercorns - 20 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the filling.
50 g three cheese on a fine grater.
2. Cut 5 boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
Carefully remove the egg yolks in a bowl with grated cheese.
3. Squeeze one clove of garlic through a press. All a little pepper with black pepper.
We fill 1-2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise and mix until smooth.
4. Fill all the halves of the egg whites with the prepared filling. We spread the filling with a small slide and carefully align the upper part. If you wish, you can prepare the filling to your taste.
Preparing the decoration.
Put the mayonnaise into a pastry bag with a small hole.
5. Take one large sweet red pepper and cut out a seed capsule from it. Cut the pepper into wide strips.
6. Then we cut out triangles from them, these will be Santa Claus hats. Cut out small triangles from small scraps of pepper, these will be noses.
7. Decorating the eggs.
Put a large pepper triangle in the upper part. In the middle, insert two peas of black pepper, these will be the eyes. Then we put the nose, it is convenient to take it not with your hands, but with the tip of a knife.
With mayonnaise we make the edge of the cap and the pompom. Draw a beard from the bottom of mayonnaise.
The decoration is ready. We decorate all the eggs with this method.
