- low-fat cheese (I took an ordinary cheese SVALIA 40 g, fat gets on KBZHU)
- 2-3 garlic cloves (about 5 g),
- favorite fresh herbs (I had the dill)
- egg,
- classic yogurt (my yoghurt - 100 g)
- salt, black pepper to taste.

Simply chop all of the products and mix in a bowl.
Chicken breast:
Adygei cheese (grated badly he rubs)
Mushrooms, garlic, fresh herbs:
