I fell in love with this dish very much, it is prepared quickly, simply, and incredibly tasty. Eat hot or cold. I like the cold ones better. #first
Ingredients: Arrows of Garlic, Squid, Cooking Oil, Korean Seafood Pasta, Soy Sauce
Cooking method:
Wash the arrows, dry and cut into 3-5 cm long.
Pour boiling water over the squid, peel. Pour a second time, clean everything to the end. And pour boiling water over pure Squid for a few minutes.
Cut the squid into squares, triangles.
In a frying pan (I have a wok) Roll out some vegetable oil. Fry the soy paste on it for a few minutes.
Pour the chopped arrows into the pan and fry, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. To a slight softness of the arrows.
Add chopped squid to the arrows.
Pour in soy sauce to taste.
And extinguish for another 5 minutes.
Remove the squid arrows from the pan so that they do not absorb excess liquid and become very salty.
If, when frying the arrows, the pasta starts to burn, add the soy sauce and stir.
