Today my article focuses on the weekends.

A menu will be for Sunday. Because on Saturday I was eating horrible. Or rather not even that horrible, but it was quickly prepared from products in stock and quickly eat. Even without counting calories, but about mind pretends not to go through.

And sort out with calories into my weekend is not threatened.

Because we were on the hunt!

And not just on the hunt, and on a quiet hunt. Since we live near the forest, we decided to once again go through it and look for mushrooms. The last time set in the woods for mushrooms - mushrooms, we did not bring, but at least have collected blueberries.

At the same time to return home without the mushrooms it was not. Blueberries passed, raspberries in the woods there, but because of the weather kislyuschaya and all watery.

And at 5 o'clock in the morning on Saturday we were wandering through the woods.

And we walked there in the end of 5 hours. Tired, but satisfied and returned to the extraction (which still had to sort, wash and put to use).

And we decided that as long as there are mushrooms - you need to go into the woods and on Sunday. You never know what will bring us next weekend. While it is possible you need to use it.

Again, early rise, and from 5 am already in the forest. And again about 5 hours we wandered in search of mushrooms. And more work brought her home.

On Sunday, after returning from the forest I had breakfast sandwiches on bread Darnytskyi (60 g) with chicken pastrami (130 g).

Drank vitamins and omega-3 capsule during meal time. And all washed down with green tea with chocolate 75% - '15

Breakfast came on 350 kcal.

After breakfast - engaged in mushrooms.

She could not get past the crackers, grabbed a couple of pieces on 100 kcal.

A Saturday remained mushroom soup which was mnya lunch (450 g) to thin loaves (15 g) - 260 kcal.

After dinner, I drank green tea with chocolate 75% - 80 kcal.

Calorie soup did not consider when cooking and took the average of the application "calorie counter".

By evening, there was nothing like it, but I had something to cook for dinner and decided to cook all PP achmu.

220 g PP achmy dinner - 420 kcal.

In total for the Sunday I got 1210 kcal.

Drank water intake, if you add 1.5 liters of green tea.

These are the weekend. Very tired, given the 5-hour walk in the woods two days - spent a lot of calories. Let's see how the body will respond to this on Monday at checkweighing. After all, I once ate erratically and even ate zapreschenku as crackers. But calorie deficit yet been established.
