I to you again today with our favorite recipe for chicken breast. But it is not just a recipe, but with several, plus a little life hacking away.

Many complain about the lack of time, due to work, the way to work and from work to home, which takes a long time, little children, for whom the eye so the eye. I'm sure you can find another bunch of reasons that will convince ourselves in the fact that losing weight we have absolutely no time.

Make sure that cooking for myself, the more alone (if the whole family loves to eat delicious and not diet foods) time does not remain.

I'm not going to persuade and prove something to those who believe that excess weight is to blame for lack of time.

I just share recipes and discuss how it is possible at one time by spending just a little time to cook various and delicious food for a few dinners or lunches.

I needed:

  • 3 chicken breasts, two of which (the biggest), I still divided into 2 parts to obtain about 5 equal pieces.
  • zucchini average,
  • 2 small tomatoes,
  • Bulgarian pepper,
  • bow,
  • half an apple,
  • 30 grams of cheese.
  • salt, pepper, garlic, dry taste.
  • foil.

Preparation.

I had already thawed chicken breast and marinate it in salt, pepper and garlic. And I put down until the cooking that night for dinner to cook a hot meal.

Cut the foil such an extent that it was possible to reserve a chicken breast wrapped in envelopes.

Spread the chicken breast on the foil.

Next, we will have several options for roasting chicken breast.

1. Just chicken breast marinated in spices (salt, pepper, garlic) in the foil. It's simple - wrap the chicken breast in the envelope and put on a baking sheet.

2. Second embodiment - breast chicken with zucchini, tomato and sweet pepper, baked in a foil envelope.

Cut the zucchini into thin slices, spread it under the chicken breast, chicken breast from top to put more slices zucchini, bell pepper slices and tomato slices. Each layer is slightly prisolit and pepper. Wrapped in an envelope, leaving a small hole, so that the steam inside.

I made two such envelopes. It turns right and chicken breasts (protein) and vegetables - a great independent dinner.

3. The third option - chicken breast baked with tomato slices and cheese. Also wrapped in an envelope on the baking sheet. The only thing you need to wrap up so that the cheese does not stick to the foil.

4. The fourth option - chicken breast baked with onion and apple. Onions finely chop half rings and put a chicken breast and a little on top of the breast. Rub on top of the apple. Wrapped in an envelope and on the baking sheet.

You can grease the chicken breast with sour cream, kefir, yogurt or soft cheese, a stirred with mustard for a richer taste and to get some sort of cream sauce.

Imagination and your taste preferences will help you choose a favorite stuffing and diversify the diet for one cooking.

Harvesting in the oven at 220 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

As a side dish you can boil any cereals: buckwheat, bulgur, lentils - whatever you like. And you can do in 5 minutes easy vegetable salad.

To prepare envelopes with chicken it took me 15 minutes. Everything else is made oven. Simultaneously cooked and side dish. Enough for a few days.

Here are my meals with chicken breast, cooked described. Yes, and a baked chicken breast, went to her husband, because he does not like baked vegetables.
