Pizza with ham and mushrooms

Ingredients: flour, warm water, olive oil, dry yeast, sugar, salt, bell pepper, raw mushrooms, chicken ham, cheese, Ketchup, garlic, Italian herbs, Arugula

Cooking method:

Let's prepare the dough. Pour the flour into a deep bowl, make a depression in the middle, into which we pour warm water. Pour yeast and sugar into the water, wait 5 minutes for them to dissolve. Add salt and olive oil, knead the dough, periodically wet your hands in flour so that the dough does not stick. Leave it to lie under the lid for 15-20 minutes to "rise" a little.

Now we are preparing the filling. Cut the chop and pepper into strips, mushroom slices. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and garlic on a fine grater. Mix the garlic with ketchup (about 3 tablespoons).

Spread a baking sheet with olive oil, put the dough on it, stretching it with your fingers in different directions, so that the thickness is the same everywhere. It is better to dip your fingers in olive oil first. Now spread the ketchup on top of the dough with a tablespoon.

Lay out the filling: chop, pepper and mushrooms. Sprinkle with Italian herbs and cheese on top. Place in the oven over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Garnish with arugula before serving and cut into small pieces.
