When I needed to lose just 1 kg to "-50 kg", started some doubts, not "Do I hold the horses."
No, I have not decided what I like super thin and it just fine. I'm going to lose weight until their BMI standards - until about 75-77 kg. This is closer to the upper limit BMI.
During these two weeks, when my weight dropped significantly in a short time, I experienced the delights of fast weight loss, and I no longer like my skin. I see that it has not kept pace with the weight loss and I do not like it.
There is a choice, or still Dotyanutsya numbers "-50" and touch her hand so to speak, or spit on all these figures, plans, goals, and allow my skin to come to the tone. Then the worse.
And I have not decided yet, although the time to think I have not. Honestly - I do not know what to do.
In the meantime, I continue to try to gather 1300 kcal.
The breakfast consisted of cheese souffle puddings with peach puree (200 g) and buckwheat loaf with fish pate (20 g) under Jasmine Green Tea.
Breakfast came on 400 kcal.
During vitamin breakfast drink without fail and a capsule of omega-3 (its a must seize in order to avoid heartburn and other unpleasant moments).
About casseroles - it turned out tasty, but the consistency is not quite what I wanted. I would like to chat here souffle turned out, and came closer to the casserole. Tasty, honestly, would have eaten all at once. But I will be improved and will likely try not with the usual cheese and a soft.

Today I spent the whole day working at a computer with a few interruptions
and it is necessary to run to the store and easily distracted. Soon the computer does turn me into a blind. They say blueberries helps. How much I ate it for the last week... when waiting for help)).
At the snack I have 120 grams of yogurt with 60 grams of apple, sachets sahzama and a pinch of cinnamon - yummy! No shops yogurt with berries and fruit in comparison does not go. Especially for utility.

An hour or so after lunch I drank green tea with 35 grams of cheese.

For dinner, I decided to eat another chicken breast (200 g breast raw)baked in foil with vegetables (about 100 grams of vegetables: zucchini, pepper and tomato).
Dinner turned on 220 kcal.
Three hours before sleep I ate 150 g of yoghurt with plum (50 g) and cocoa - 110 kcal.
Total for the day I got 1300 kcal.
Actively drink water (the recommended rate of water per day - 30 ml per kg of body weight).
