I would like to share my creative ideas for a roll for the New Year's table. Simple, delicious, beautiful and very quick recipe.

Spinach roll with soft cheese and mushroom pate

Ingredients: spinach, eggs, flour, salt, sugar, sour cream, cheese (cheddar or parmesan), baking powder, Filling, any mushrooms, curd cheese, onion, sour cream, dill, Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Cooking method:

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Whisk the whites into a thick foam with salt, stabilize them with sugar. We put it aside.

Grind spinach, yolks, salt, a spoonful of sour cream and cheese with a blender.

Then gently stir the whites, spinach mixture and flour.

The resulting dough is carefully transferred to a baking sheet covered with parchment and sent to the oven preheated to 180'C for 10-15 minutes.

We roll up the finished cake with a towel, in this state we cool it down. At this time, fry mushrooms with onions, finally add a spoonful of sour cream and dill. Beat this mass with a blender with a spoonful of curd cheese, all the filling is ready. Lubricate it with curd cheese and spread the mushroom pate. We roll up and send it to the cold for at least 6 hours. Chop before serving and enjoy the amazing taste.
