Cooking method:
Cut the turkey breast fillet into three portions per serving. And marinate for 15 minutes.
Cut the traffic light pepper and zucchini into large cubes.
Cut the top off the tomatoes. Defrost green beans by scalding with boiling water.
Pour the vegetables with marinade and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Pour the remaining oil into a pan with a thick bottom and heat. Fry the turkey fillet on each side for five minutes. Remove from heat and cover.
Put a pineapple ring (room temperature) on top of a tomato and involuntarily vegetables on a plate.
Put the juicy turkey breast on the vegetables and pour over the juice from the pan !!!
